The 13 acre estate, sitting in one of the bends of the Cumberland River, boasts a grand, 13,000 sq. ft. mansion as its main feature. Before the wedding day, you and your closest family and friends get to stay at the estate! The mansion can sleep up to 30 people, and the carriage house can hold an extra seven. Between the two, you and your favorite people can spend a weekend enjoying all the Estate has to offer!
But don’t worry! When the wedding day comes, you will have all the privacy you need to get ready. High on the third floor and lined with tall windows, the bridal suite will surround you and your girls with warm natural light. And when your guests start to arrive, you can peek out from above as you count down to bliss!
And for the groom? A decked out loft above the stables will let him and his groomsmen get ready in style and comfort.

The biggest venue available at the estate is the Lakeside Lawn, which can seat up t0 350 guests (500 standing). Say “I do” on the bank of the river, lush greens and peaceful waters all around! The raw beauty and of the space is dreamy, and it can be customized to suit whatever you have in mind.
In case the weather threatens your perfect day, you’ve got two backup plans. The Sunset Terrace offers an expansive framed tent to shield you from a light drizzle. And if will be too rainy even for that, you can exchange vows in the beautiful Lakeview Event Center.
All three venue options are included with the rental and equipped with all you need for a perfect day. Two eight-foot rollaway bars can go wherever you need them, and there are ample accommodations for caterers, live bands, dancing, games, and a day of general merrymaking!
