The Sonnet House

The Sonnet House is the Birmingham area’s premier special event facility. The house was built in 1918 and used as the McLaughlin family’s farm house. Built around the Little Cahaba River, the 18 acres were used as the base for the Mclaughlin Farm. In 2018, The Club successfully completed a major renovation that “restored the core”. Modern updates to the interior and exterior were necessary to enhance the experience shared among our members.
